Charles Koontz is executive vice president and chief digital officer for Ecolab. In his current role, Charles leads Ecolab’s global Commercial Digital Solutions team of business technology leaders and developers to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that help customers improve business performance. Prior to Ecolab, Charles was president and chief executive officer of GE Healthcare’s software business and chief digital officer for GE Healthcare. Previously, Charles was vice president and general manager, Healthcare, at Computer Sciences Corporation, and held executive leadership positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, Science Applications International Corporation and Ernst & Young. Charles has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from The Ohio State University.
