Executive vice president and president of Global Regions and Global Healthcare for Ecolab Inc., Ecolab

Jill Wyant is executive vice president and president of Global Regions and Global Healthcare for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources.

Wyant leads Ecolab’s Global Regions to ensure effective local execution of global strategies and high performance of the company’s local market and regional operations. She also oversees Ecolab’s Global Healthcare business, which provides a broad portfolio of innovative infection prevention programs to customers in more than 90 countries.

Previously, Wyant was executive vice president and president of Ecolab’s Global Food & Beverage, Global Healthcare and Global Life Sciences businesses. She has held a number of leadership positions within Ecolab, including senior vice president and general manager for the Food & Beverage sector in North America and Latin America, and led Food & Beverage in the Asia Pacific region.  Wyant joined Ecolab in 2009 as vice president of Global Strategic Planning. Prior to Ecolab, she held multiple leadership positions at General Electric. 

Wyant is active in the Minneapolis-St. Paul community. She serves on the board of overseers of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and has served on the board of directors of the Greater Twin Cities United Way. Wyant is a member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable and The Committee of 200, a professional organization of female entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.

Wyant earned an MBA degree with highest honors from the University of Chicago, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with bachelor’s degrees in international marketing and Japanese studies.
